Qualifications :

▫ Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field

▫ One year experience

▫ Good technical knowledge (Active directory – Domain – Outlook – Printers & Scanner – DHCP & DNS basics – CMD)

▫ Good communication skills

▫ Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
