Job Title: Relationship Manager


    • The Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for generating new business
    • Increase client’s base in the CFD business at Ingot Brokers
    • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
    • Safe recording/Keeping and security of leads and client data
    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
    • Gain hands-on skills in using the internal Customer relationship portal
    • Thoroughly follow up on the client’s journey


    • Bachelor’s degree / Any major from economic and business faculty
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with 2 years in the same company (Experience in Insurance Sales, FX, and CFDs Sales)
    • Full onboarding training will be done by the direct manager
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office,
    • Proven track record in a sales environment
    • Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences
    • Independent, self-directed, and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
    • Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
    • Ability to work flexible hours
    • Knowledge of forex, CFD trading, and the markets is desirable
    • Passion for phone sales is a must
