Elaf Cargo Co. has the following job opportunity: Air Freight Sales Manager, with Requirements:
1) Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
2) Responsible for managing air freight team daily operations.
3) Handle a full set of cargo procedures and activities.
4) Liaise and build strong relationships with airline and co-loader.
5) Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review.
6) Drive revenue generation by implementing local cargo strategies.
7) Excellent knowledge of International and domestic Airlines / Airfreight market.
8) Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
9) Hardworking and able to do multiple tasks.
10) Solving problem skills.
11) Highly motivated, disciplined, and compliance.
12) Excellent customer service-oriented mindset.
13) Well organized and process-oriented.
14) Maintain and expand business in the assigned area.
15) Develop a sales network to attain targets and increase revenues.
16) Strictly following company guidelines and policies.
17) Executes and oversees import and export logistic processes.

* Skills:
1) General understanding of air shipment modes and terms.
2) Excellent organizational skills results-driven and customer-focused.
3) Ability to work with own initiatives and in a team.
4) Have good sales skills.
5) Excellent customer care skills are required.
6) Strong time management skills.
7) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
8) The ability to speak and write Arabic & English fluently is a must.
