Summary:
We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join SITA as an Analyst in Customer Applications Support.
As part of our Centre of Excellence team, our mission is to manage Digital Engineer and Passenger Experience inside Airports, driving the very best business value and outcomes from the solutions investment.
We are accountable for delivering the Airport Device Management (ADM)platform to SITA engineers ensuring they and the business receive and continue to receive value from the investment.
And responsible for ensuring the correct operating model is always in place to meet the demands of the Airport Business and users in facilitating the outcomes needed.
Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or Information Technology or any related field with a focus on Windows Servers Administration, Device Management Tools, and dealing with SaaS solutions.
You also need superb problem-solving, data science, and communication skills.
