About the job

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in architecture, with excellent technical skills and the ability to oversee junior architects. They will be responsible for designing and supervising the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
• Create architectural drawings and models using Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD software
• Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes and regulations
• Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards of quality
• Oversee junior architects, providing guidance and mentorship as needed

Qualifications

• A degree in architecture
• 3-5 years of experience in architecture
• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD software
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A strong portfolio of completed projects
• Working knowledge of building codes and regulations
