Associate HR (Recruitment & Workforce Planning)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an upcoming subsidiary which is backed by a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Associate HR focusing on Workforce Planning & Recruitment whose responsibilities would be to ensure that the company is able to attract and retain top talent and also ensure that there is effective people management.

  • Conduct manpower annual planning to determine needs for different units,
  • Prepare an annual recruitment plan, based on the manpower planning. Also ensure that it is aligned to the Emiratization requirements.
  • Develop the strategy for employment and workforce planning
  • Develop the budget to support the employment and workforce hiring plan
  • Develop and maintain interviews guide and candidates assessment forms
  • Develop and maintain required technical and behavioural tests, and define the tests to be conducted for different positions
  • Develop and implement the planned online/physical sourcing campaigns (in partnership with universities, job fairs, etc.)
  • Manage the whole recruitment process right from screening to onboarding.
  • Manage the Succession Planning Process.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent

  • More than 9 years of experience in an HR function – with min 3 to 4 years in UAE
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
  • Strong critical thinking skills, resourcefulness, and agility
  • Experience improving and designing HR related processes, practices, and policies
  • Strong ability to foster team collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work proactively to manage/complete projects with competing deadlines and produce accurate work
