The role holder is responsible for developing and continuously improving Sector processes and driving their automation by coordinating with business owners and IT. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Managerial Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development and implementation of the B2B Governance & Performance Management Department plans in line with the corporate objectives.
  • Directs and manages assigned mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
  • Interprets and implements necessary changes, providing guidance and support required for continuous improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards Core Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Leads the development and continuous improvement of sector processes and drives their automation.
  • Works in close coordination with key stakeholders from the Regulatory & Corporate Affairs Sector for implementation of quality management initiatives/programs
  • Establishes quality standards governing the operations and activities of all partners working with STC in order to ensure compliance with the overall quality guidelines
  • Ensure the availability of the quality process manual and communicates quality requirements to all General Directorates, Departments and Sections of the Enterprise Sector
  • Acts as the point of contact for responding and addressing all internal auditor requests pertaining quality management and compliance
  • Defines guidelines and procedures governing all data gathering and storage pertaining to market intelligence, competitor information etc
  • Defines guidelines for knowledge management and monitors implementation to ensure efficiency in data collection and distribution
  • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure maintenance of highest quality standards in services delivered to customers People Management Responsibilities
  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the pool and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
  • Directs planning and selection of assigned manpower, in line with the business and operational plans.
  • Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on – going feedback and coaching members within the pool.

Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director – B2B Governance & Performance Management in order to meet department objectives.
