We are hiring a Capacity Analyst as the following.

A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, operations management, or statistics.

B Experience:

 3-5 years of relevant work experience in capacity planning, supply chain management, or a related field.

C Skills and Competencies:

 Analytical skills: Capacity Analysts need to be skilled in analyzing complex data sets and identifying patterns and trends that can inform capacity planning decisions. They need to be able to use statistical and quantitative analysis tools and techniques to make accurate forecasts and identify potential capacity constraints.

 Problem-solving skills: Capacity Analysts need to be able to identify problems and develop creative solutions to optimize capacity utilization and improve efficiency. They need to be able to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

 Technical skills: Capacity Analysts need to be proficient in using software and tools for data analysis, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical modeling software. They may also need to have knowledge of programming languages or database management systems.

 Communication skills: Capacity Analysts need to be able to communicate complex data and analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. They need to be able to tailor their communication style to different audiences.

 Collaborative skills: Capacity Analysts need to be able to work effectively with teams across the organization, including production, supply chain, finance, and senior management. They need to be able to build relationships and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.

 Attention to detail: Capacity Analysts need to be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy. They need to be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

 Business acumen: Capacity Analysts need to have a strong understanding of the organization’s business strategy and goals. They need to be able to align capacity planning decisions with the overall business strategy and communicate the impact of these decisions on the organization’s performance.
