Responsibilities
• Monitor the movement of sales and purchases in an accurate way to record correct data
• Prepare financial invoices for all purchases and sales periodically
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly cash flow statement
• Maintain backup copies of financial tables and accounting books
• Do the review and inventory of the institution every month or week
• Supervise the preparation of accounting books and financial tables
• Provide accurate information about the company’s financial position and budget to administrators and officials
• Proposes new financial decisions and presents them to the Board of Directors.
• Analyze all financial reports of the Authority, prepare financial schedules, monitor sales and purchases, and know the company’s financial position
Qualification
• · Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or any related field
• · 3 years of experience in the same field
• · Experience with the fruits/vegetable trading industry or FMCG food industry is mandatory
• · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and other accounting software
