Your day to day Responsible for the execution of Social Media initiatives and promotion for Food & Beverage. At Crowne Plaza we look for people who are dynamic, confident and ambitious; people who excel in their role and help our guests succeed too. Financial returns:

  • Track online reputations of the hotels
  • Branded sites’ content
  • E-Database and e-mail campaigns
  • Google analytics for the local website, display ads and network ads
  • To be familiar with Adwords and Adsense
  • Search engines’ optimisation / marketing activities
  • Online advertising (PPC,CPC and more)
  • Establish and manage strategic alliances with online travel agencies and influencers.
  • Stimulate support and development of the online strategy within the hotel.
  • Ensure all the OTA’s adhere with brand standards (Images, content, etc..)
  • Manage various e-tools. For example: websites’ CMSs (Content Management System), Social Media Management Platform, etc.
  • Ensure implementation of online campaigns in line with IHG global brand standards
  • Familiar with Photoshop, movie editing software (Final Cut Pro) and Photography
  • Generate monthly digital marketing performance report of both paid/organic. People:
  • Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook
  • Comply with Company Grooming Standards. Maintains exemplary department standards of behaviour and appearance and attitude as expected in an IHG Brand
  • Comply with Time and Attendance Policies
  • Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development Guest experience:
  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
  • Being attentive to Guests
  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests
  • Anticipate Guests needs
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which might affect the Guest experience
  • Demonstrating a ‘Service’ attitude
  • Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
  • Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers
  • Review and update existing standards to ensure competitiveness. Guest experience:
  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
  • Being attentive to Guests
  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests
  • Anticipate Guests needs
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which might affect the Guest experience

What we need from you Qualifications :- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience Experience– 3 years experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Public Relations, Marketing Communications or Revenue Advertising Agency, Public Relations, Travel industry system connectivity, Online Travel Agents, Central Reservation Office background or combination of any above are highly desired related industries. Required Skills and Abilities–Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline- Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry- Engaged in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop skills will be a plus- Strong communication skills in English.
