- At least 2 years of experience in Credit Card sales in banking sector in UAE.
- Assigned sales targets to be met on yearly and monthly basis.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
- Manage Key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty.
- Build and leverage key business relationships to maximize market share and achieve sales through the Credit Card sales product as well as cross selling of other Emirates Islamic products.
- Explore New markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes.
- Create and build customer awareness on new products through mailers, personal visits to prospect business.
- Achieve cross selling targets of non assigned products and services to contribute to revenues and market presence.
- University Graduate with 2-3 years of direct sales experience in UAE Banking industry.
- Should be currently working for Credit Card product for a bank in UAE. Candidates applying from DSA channel partners, finance houses will not be shortlisted.
- Excellent last 3 month’s performance in their current bank with at least 15-20 cards sold.
- Should possess in depth knowledge of the market, policies and their market implications
- Excellent communication skills, result oriented, good public relations and analytical thinking
