The Job Opportunity

The Customer Experience Officer will effectively execute all tasks required from the Contact Centre Services, Reception and Accommodation Services, Laundry Services, Transport Services, CAFM Data Management, record keeping, compilation and issuance of reports.

Key accountabilities

  • Serco’s point of Contact for the all customer and Serco internal requests for services and assets.
  • Management and supervision of Reception and Accommodation staff and daily operations of Reception and Accommodation team.
  • Monitor the fleet management software system (CAFM) and allocate any new transport tasks to the driver pool.
  • Manage and a liaison for all Host Nation and ADF Passes for department and their associated vendors.

What We Are Looking For In Our Candidates

  • Courteous and respectful providing customer service excellence.
  • Excellent customer service communication skills.
  • Able to work under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment.

Specific requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Call Centre environment facilities management field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hospitality industry or Transport industry
  • Valid UAE Drivers license is desirable
