The Customer Service Associate is responsible for interfacing with customers, suppliers, Local Business Partners and factories in functional areas such as providing order status updates, expediting of orders and updating of the Delivery schedule. They are responsible for customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Must be able to handle all customer queries related to Orders, for the Business Unit.
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for maintaining the flow of communication to internal and external customers. The Customer Service Associate will oversee the order progress, recovery actions and risk mitigation plans when necessary. They will work closely with all internal functions of the Plant to recover the most reliable information to convey to customer. The Customer Service Associate will assist the customer in any requests and will ensure that the voice of customer is heard across all functions.
