We are looking for a Customer Support agent to assist our customers with technical problems
full time / part time
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, technical support, IT operations or any related field.
• 0-1 year Customer service experience / fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Background in technical support is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English communication both spoken and written.
• Ideally have strong Typing skills.
Responsibilities will include:
• Attending to customer needs in a professional and friendly manner.
• Interacting and assisting clients, as appropriate.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Identifying customers’ queries and filtering them according to their importance.
• Maintaining a proactive work processes to ensure teamwork and overall base performance is achieved.
• Working effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
