Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of monitoring and analysis of information systems data for the entities subject to audit and participation in presenting it to the stakeholders
• Support the preparation of the data analysis report and financial reports for information systems and predict potential problems and work to address them with the entity
• Support the analysis of potential risks and identify the data to be extracted and analyzed
• Supporting the preparation of analytical reports for the financial data of the systems, identifying differences and changes in those balances and data, identifying their causes, and sharing them with the concerned authorities.
• Support continuous monitoring after preparing recommendations to address observations and follow-up with the authorities to ensure that they implement corrective measures
• Contribute to the design of tools and templates for documenting reports

Qualifications and experience required:

• 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, business intelligence or big data analysis
• Experience in data analysis of financial applications and information technology applications
• Experience in risk analysis and management
• Experience with various data analysis tools such as (SAP Business Intelligence, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, Alteryx…etc.)
• Experience in data architecture, interconnection processes, and information flow for ERP and government systems
• Experience in developing methodologies used in statistics and data-related analytics
• Experience in developing algorithms and statistical models, performing appropriate statistical analysis, and interpreting results
• Experience with the methods used to produce statistics and analyzes from different sources, and seek to increase the efficiency of the process used in terms of accuracy
• Experience in managing and directing data analysis projects and preparing reports, charts and graphs to facilitate and support decision-making based on factual data evidence by decision makers
• Experience in collecting, reviewing, cleaning, and managing databases, and collaborating with product engineers, researchers, and specialists to identify relevant issues
• Experience in managing databases to maintain their accuracy and confidentiality; To support the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis processes, procedures, and systems
• Experience in identifying data sources for each stage of the data analysis cycle, and adopting the most appropriate methods and methodologies to activate them
• Leadership and ability to analyze and solve problems

Preferential experience:

• Familiarity with the three main budget items contained in the State General Budget Classification Guide (revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities)
• Knowledge of the most prominent international statistics systems, data analysis, standards and protocols related to knowledge and experience
