Our Client , a regional IT services specialist in Digital, Business Applications, Managed Services, Cloud, Security and Infrastructure, is currently looking for a Desktop support Engineer for Riyadh Location

Other Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

• Provide management of remotely manageable EUC devices which include but not limited to:
• Microsoft Windows (Operating System – Win 7, 8, 10,11),
• Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox,
• Microsoft Office (2012-2019 or latest, Office 365),
• Java,
• Adobe Flash Player,
• Adobe Reader,
• McAfee Endpoint Security (Antivirus, Firewall, IPS, Laptop Disk Encryption – BitLocker, Device control End-point DLP, Traps, Cortex EDR),
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Client (SCCM),
• VPN Client (for laptops),
• Remote Control Client – SCCM,
• OneDrive for Business,
• Microsoft Teams
• MS Office 2010 – 2016 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access

Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a System support Engineer
• Should have a bachelors degree in Engineering Background
• Fluency in Arabic is a must
• Saudi nationals are also welcome.
• Full Time Opportunity
• Should have at least 1 years of work experience in KSA
• Attestated Degree Certificate is a must.
