Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computers with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Receive incoming calls from end-users through the helpdesk.
• Providing 1st level and on-phone support for the customers.
• Providing the customers/users with basic training.
• Providing customers with information and documentation.
• Escalating calls to the appropriate Support Engineers team.
• Owning, tracking, and monitoring the received calls during the call life cycle till closure.
