As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hilti, you’ll be responsible for managing our exciting social media strategy and communities and driving and developing digital engagement across Hilti Saudi Arabia. You will be working side by side with our Regional Marketing Team, so you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure across a number of specialisms. In addition, you will represent Engagement marketing team in Hilti SA, through update and coordinate with local team.

What does the role involve?

As a digital marketing specialist at Hilti, you will be responsible for managing our social media strategy and community management, owning engagement marketing workflows, and driving digital adoption activities for SA

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing SA Digital Marketing channels, approach, and roadmap.

Owning local Engagement Marketing Workflows & Leads

Owning local email, webshop, online content, services, and user experience (Ux)

Managing SA digital marketing campaigns

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferable.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • good understanding of full Digital Marketing mix; Analytics, eCommerce, Search, Email, Social, Influencer, Online PR, Marketing Automation, Content Marketing.
  • Work in an agile manner with changing priorities, focusing on the ones that generate the most business impact
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communications skills (Arabic and English).
  • Good in Ms. Office: PowerPoint and Excel are a must.
  • Graphics Design skill is Plus
