Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field

2 – 4 years of experience (in Field Sales of FMCG preferably)

Position Summary

You will lead the sales unit to deliver area sales objectives by category, volume and value.

Your role is to ensure execution excellence. Can you control, motivate and train Nestlé’s talented

sales team towards achieving excellence?

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met

Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives

Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following: –

Sales Achievements vs. Targets

  • Sales by Category/Brand per unit
  • Team Performance Records

– Customers Information –

Competition information 

To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team

Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers

  • Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals
