Participate in group Inclusion & Diversity and Engagement team for the company
Understanding the needs of the organization, and how to translate to effective solutions
Partnering with HR “heads” to deliver the HR strategy and collaborate to build inclusion & diversity and engagement capability and activate the strategy across the business
Develop and lead Employees wellness agenda.
Lead Employee Engagement process, analyze data, identifies talent attrition trends, supports the diagnosis of issues that shape the work environment, proposes initiatives for improvements.
Ensuring all Inclusion & Diversity, Equity Compliance and Engagement initiatives are aligned with the business strategy and needs, and deliver the desired business benefit
Understanding best practices and market trends in relation to Inclusion & Diversity and Engagement and how they could translate to meaningful initiatives at Company
Developing metrics, dashboards and/or scorecards to provide guidance for strategic planning, decision-making and to ensure accountability in tracking and monitoring initiatives while maintaining data integrity.
Analyze Employee Engagement data, propose and manage tools and initiatives for measuring and improving the organizational climate including organizational values, culture, Employee Value Proposition, and Employee Experience to enhance an enabling and engaging work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
Years of experience: minimum 6 years, at least three years of Human Resources or related experience in equal employment opportunity, and diversity programs.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages, French is a plus.
