Summary Role

The Enterprise Performance Management Junior is responsible for supporting the performance management senior in driving B2B strategic objectives to drive commercial performance targets and analytics by regularly reviewing performance, quality, key KPI metrics, and aligning consensus across B2B business units.

Responsibilities

  • Act as centralized source of commercial data and coordinate related inquiries across business units
  • Proactively identify areas of potential commercial improvement by running advanced analytics on data sets and raising findings to management in periodic catch ups
  • Support B2B seniors in proving or disproving given hypotheses by running analytical deep dives
  • Support and monitor the performance management approach
  • Manage commercial channels and record KPIs
  • Carry out statistical analysis and come up with actionable insights
  • Support the design of performance policies & set performance objectives
  • Identify core issues and propose solutions to performance barriers
  • Monitor channel performance and incentives and recommend finetunes where needed with the performance management senior
  • Monitor and maintain accurate and rich intelligence data sets
  • Develop, automate and circulate key sales scorecards and dashboards
  • Synthesize market landscape and trends by product line and feed back to relevant commercial teams
  • Deliver regular reports to performance management senior to drive strategic discussions and consensus alignment with management
  • Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately
  • Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait
  • Zain abides by fulfilling the occupational health and safety certificate requirements that establishes and maintains an OH&S management system that eliminate hazards and minimizes OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities and addresses OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities
