we are Looking For ERP & Application Support Technician For Jordan Site, Job Summary

· Support and administer ERP system and other related applications.
· Support And administer Van sales systems and mobile applications.
· Querying in MS SQL Server database.
· Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports, and Web Applications.
· Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable.
· Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP-related hardware, software, user access, or other problems.
· Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
· Supporting and training users for ERP systems and other applications.
· Developing, managing, and testing backup and recovery plans.
Location
(SAHAB – KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL-HUSSIEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE)

Education:
· BA in Computer Information Systems or System Engineering or any related field.
Experience:
· 2-4 years of experience in the following:
· ERP & VSS Support.
· Microsoft SQL Server Management.
· Web Applications.
· Crystal Reports.
Languages:
• Excellent Command of English.
