Job duties:

• Understand business units’ workflow and requirements and facilitates the implementation of any changing in business process on the software in a timely manner.
• Support ERP Systems (D635, Dynamics AX 2009, 2012) and train employees how to deal with ERP system and solving their problems.
• Develop and improve the software to obtain ERP System that has matured information, also develop new, accurate, tested and error free reports for other departments according to the job requirements.
• Ensure the proper integration with the ERP Modules and/or other systems in terms of generated accounting transactions.
• Ensure the quality of integration between the ERP system and other systems.
• Make sure that the ERP System is working in an efficient and effective manner and has no problem while dealing with it.
• Ensure SQL server database Backups in a daily basis and conduct backups from the ERP system to avoid any problem
• Resolving ERP system end users’ problems or a related problem through phone or through direct meeting with them in a timely manner.
• Report the direct manager about any problem to keep abreast of all the job situations.
• Design, implement, and monitor application workflows and process automation enhancements as identified through analyses
• Identify and implement company business requirements that are supported by the ERP system.
• Manage IT support for ERP users with different IT infrastructure configurations.
• Adhere to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and maintain the confidentiality in all activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in degree in computer science, preferably a certified Dynamics AX.
• A minimum of six years’ experience in a related field.
• Proficient in written, read and spoken English & Arabic.
• Professional Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Business Intelligence & Dashboards & Project Management.
