Our Client

A marketing 360 Campaign Management Services company serving consumers Across the MENA Region.


  • assisting with HR tasks including but not limited to new visas acquisition, visa renewals, visa cancellations, TECOM ID cards, insurance with TECOM, AXS, Bayzat;
  • assisting in recruitment of new joiners/departure of employees leaving the company;
  • general office management including office maintenance, purchases and liaising with the landlord and landlord’s maintenance team;
  • contacting and working closely with suppliers as and when needed including Du, DEWA, Etisalat etc;
  • monitoring employees attendance and daily working hours;
  • looking after company licenses and supporting with the renewals;
  • working closely with the EA to oversee the deliveries which would include assisting in addresses collection, preparing courier forms, product acquisition, packing and deliveries tracking;
  • maintenance of department databases;
  • production of presentations, reports and other material as and when required; and
  • working closely with the CEO, COO, EA and Finance team.


  • 2-3 years’ minimum experience in administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent in multi-tasking
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Able to work with MacOS system
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Advance understanding of performance and client reporting
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing social media platforms ie Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter etc
