A marketing 360 Campaign Management Services company serving consumers Across the MENA Region.
Role
- assisting with HR tasks including but not limited to new visas acquisition, visa renewals, visa cancellations, TECOM ID cards, insurance with TECOM, AXS, Bayzat;
- assisting in recruitment of new joiners/departure of employees leaving the company;
- general office management including office maintenance, purchases and liaising with the landlord and landlord’s maintenance team;
- contacting and working closely with suppliers as and when needed including Du, DEWA, Etisalat etc;
- monitoring employees attendance and daily working hours;
- looking after company licenses and supporting with the renewals;
- working closely with the EA to oversee the deliveries which would include assisting in addresses collection, preparing courier forms, product acquisition, packing and deliveries tracking;
- maintenance of department databases;
- production of presentations, reports and other material as and when required; and
- working closely with the CEO, COO, EA and Finance team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ minimum experience in administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Excellent in multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritise
- Able to work with MacOS system
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Advance understanding of performance and client reporting
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Team player
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent spoken and written English is required
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing social media platforms ie Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter etc
