Whats the Objective?

The main objective of this role is providing assistance to the HR Department in the initial selection of the potential candidates in addition to updating the new HRIS and how to prepare and generate personnel and analysis reports.

What to expect doing?

• Initial phone interviews with the Field operations candidates.
• Screening some CVs related to Technology & Operations.
• Data entry in the new HRIS.
• Collecting data sheets of the employees as well as scanning their documents.

Requirements

• Excellent English.
• Presentable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn.

What to expect as an outcome?

We give you plenty of room to prepare and implement your own internship plan. “What do you want to learn and what can we mean in it?” is our approach. There is no standard internship plan, but we are happy to talk to you about your goals and wishes. We want to give you the opportunity to show yourself and improve your skills.

• Ability of knowing how to introduce the company to potential candidates.
• Ability to screen or filter CVs according to the job description or responsibilities.
• Ability to use an HRIS.
