Hilton Hotels & Resorts is looking to hire: a Human Resources Manager – in Kuwait

To successfully fill-in this role, you should maintain an excellent attitude, behaviors, skills, values, and experience that include:

– Tertiary qualifications, or another collegiate-level degree, in Human Resources.
– Previous experience with a minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience, 3 years of which must be in the capacity of HR Manager/Director in a multinational company within the hotel, resort, leisure, and/or retail sector (responsible for at least 200+ employees).
– GCC experience is a great plus
– Transferable residency in Kuwait is preferred
– Fluent English language skills.
– Arabic language would be a plus.
– Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
– Strong commercial/business acumen
