About The Role
As Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Assign, monitor and oversee the performance of assigned tasks keeping staff informed of changes in their terms and conditions of employment.
- Coaches, guides and support line managers on all HR related matters.
- HRMS Responsibilities: Ensure HRMS entries related to changes in Salaries, Re-designations Leave [unpaid/encashment, Separations etc. are uploaded in the Oracle Database.
- Advises on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- General HR administrative support for line managers and employees
- Prepares HR documentation required for Head office HR department – SMA etc.
- Develops job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Qualifications
About you:
- Relevant College or Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure to defined time scales and budget
- Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business
- Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience
- Ability to role model best practices
- Previous work experience in Airline/Customer Service Industry
