This role will support the transition of HR administrative activities to the Business Centre. HR Specialist is responsible for the documentation and standardization of business processes in close cooperation with the teams within the framework of project management. You will also be the contact person for the business (employees and managers) for all operational, local, HR related topics.

Responsibilities

  • Support of HR Projects and Initiatives
  • Responsible for the documentation and standardization of business processes in close cooperation with the teams within the framework of project management.
  • Build the Knowledge Base to facilitate the self-service functionality
  • Prepare a database of frequently asked questions with answers on general HR queries relating to terms and conditions of employment and office regulations.
  • Prepare and review standard operating procedures for HR
  • Manage and oversee the implementation and compliance of the Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Support in Work shadowing and training of the peers based in Business centre
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Facilitate and coordinate the performance management process.
  • Support in executing surveys & presenting the feedback
  • HRIS Key user, Updating and maintaining data in the HR tool (MyHR)
  • Assist in the recruitment process, candidates sourcing, HR onboarding/off boarding process. Coordination (Administration of system, communication with candidates, organization of interviews etc) to ensure new hire paperwork is completes and processed
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Create and compile HR reports, Org Charts and statistics
  • Prepare requested letters such as change of job change letters, promotions, warning letter, Salary review letters etc.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Keep up to date with Employment Law changes, public holidays and any other general development which impact the Company; create reports and announcements as needed from time to time
  • Organize HR related meetings, attending meetings and any related support
  • Ensure that awards/recognition schemes are in place and constantly research ways of improving present programs.
  • Co-facilitate HR related trainings
  • Manage and track training records, archive training documents, draft reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • At Least 4 years as an HR Specialist
  • Proven experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Working knowledge of KSA Labor Law
  • Understanding of HR structure and roles
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • HRIS experience preferably in SAP. Oracle or workday experience also will support.
  • Effective HR administration and people skills
  • Exposure to labour law and relevant regulations
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time mgmt. skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive working style
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in a busy environment
  • Able to deal sensitively with confidential information.
