Position: International Photovoltaic Team Leader
Type of contract: Freelance
Assignment: full time
Location: Jordan, Palestine, and Balkans
General Overview:
For our future and ongoing project, we are seeking an International Expert in the field of Photovoltaic power plant to be based in our related project offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management in the fields of Renewable Energy
- Experience in Balkans, Palestine, Jordan, MENA,
- Preliminary design, contract attribution, FIDIC yellow, and construction supervision
- Plan human resources, control budget and communicate with various stakeholders of the project
- Training and mentoring of counterpart employees
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- He/she should have master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, Science, Business, or economics, or equivalent.
- He/she should have at least 10 years’ experience in utility scale PV plant design and implementation
- He/she should have more than 15 years of professional experience in RNE sector
- He/she should have more than 10 years of management/leadership experience and experience on Donor Funded projects (KfW, World Bank, AFD)
- International work experience is a must
- Working experience in the MENA and/or Balkans region
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
