Our client is a well-established Family Group based in Riyadh, whose main business is Consumer Electronics distribution.
Job Description
The IT Director will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and implementing IT Strategy
- Developing and managing IT budget
- IT policies and procedures
- Managing IT Services and Support
- Hardware and software deployments
- Application management and support
- IT security
- IT risk management/IT disaster recovery management
- Working as an IT Business Partner to gather business requirements and make recommendation for innovation
- Work on digital transformation strategy; upgrades to SAP S/4HANA and digital/mobile applications
- IT project management
- Team leadership
The Successful Applicant
The IT Director will be/have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study
- 10+ years in IT, of which at least 3 years must have been in a leadership role
- Strong project management skills (PMP certification is preferred)
- Ability to lead from the front, and handle difficult stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh (candidates must be based in Saudi already)
