Duration 6 months extendable project

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, ICT, or related field
· COBIT – highly desirable
· ISO Certificate – desirable
· ITIL Intermediate (Mandatory)

Preferred Experience:
· 3-5 years in IT Service Management governance and compliance, including IT operations, service delivery, and service support.
· Experience in leveraging both traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as emerging methods like DevOps that are optimized for agility
