IT Support (web support) guy is needed in a company based in Al-Abdali with these qualifications:

1. Experience of 1-2 years in IT Support.
2. keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
3. install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
4. install and configure printers and scanners.
5. monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and networks.
6. Staff resolve issues.
7. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
8. Replace parts as required.
9. Set up new users’ accounts and profiles.
10. Experience in Managing servers (Such as Windows server 2012 – 2019) AD, DNS, and DHCP.
11. Experience in Backup solutions, antiviral software, and mail.
12. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or any related field.
13. Good at English.
14. Must be Jordanian with a national number.
