A well-established Multinational company in the Electrical Manufacturing and home appliances indusrty is looking forward to hire a lead accountant in the UAE, with 8 years ot experience in all accounting functions. Someone who is a go getter, has strong knowledge and usage in SAP, with strong management reporting skills, strong stakeholder management. Someone settled in Dubai, so that he/she is aware with all the taxation law and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilites:

• • Supporting the monthly and year end closing procedures

• • Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping operations in SAP

• • Accurate and timely preparation of internal and headquarter reports

• • Responsible for bank payments, payroll (including monthly accrual calculations), expense claims and fixed asset management

• • Supporting audit, VAT and coordinating corporate consulting company for accounting related tasks

• • Knowledge and participation of accounts receivable & payable follow-up

• • Ensure compliance with group procedures and local regulations

• • Supporting employees for SAP annual leave portal

• • Acting as a point of contact for medical insurance related queries between employees and broker/insurer
  • Supporting and leading ERP implementation projects
