its a Saudi based B2B mobile application that primarily focuses on its unique buy-now pay-later feature. This feature allows merchants to pay their vendors invoices either immediately or in installments, depending on their cash flow requirements.

By providing this feature, SalesFine Wallet addresses the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) when managing their payments, especially when dealing with cash flow constraints.

This feature gives SMEs the flexibility to manage their payments, allowing them to improve their cash flow management and grow their businesses.

Brief About The Role

The role is to lead the Merchant Acquisitions Department by attract and Acquire the small & medium Merchants/Super Markets to buy their needed Products through our platform App from the listed active Vendors/Suppliers (Consumer Goods, FMCG and F&B Companies)

Set of Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for potential merchants and convert them to be active merchants on our platform App.
  • Directly responsible for increasing the number of orders and revenue generated from the Merchants.
  • Present the vendors new products and our new features to our merchants.
  • Convince the suitable Merchants to use the vendors corporate program deals for better prices.
  • Analyze the overall performance of the merchants and maintain their KPIs at an optimum level: fail rate, conversion rate and reorder rate
  • Manage and enhance the B2B relationship with the Existing Merchants through regular and personal contact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Traditional Trade and Van Sales with Consumer Goods, FMCG and F&B industries.
  • Practical Experience in Cash Van Sales of FMCG and F&B
  • Practical Experience in building relationships with small/Medium Size Super Markets.
  • Strong understanding of the Traditional Trade and distribution landscape in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in Building a KPIs System.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
