– You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
– You have 7 years of experience in commercial positions within a multinational pharmaceutical organization. Experience in Diabetes, Haemophilia and other chronic conditions is an added advantage.
– At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
– Demonstrated analytical capability and proven strategic leadership with an ability to synthesize insights, create focus, and influence the organization to move forward with the ultimate goal to improve patients’ lives.
– You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build sustainable relationships internally and externally.
– Excellent level of English is a must.
