Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies including United Pharmaceuticals products, strategies, skills and organization.
Continuous updating of the current medical and promotional knowledge of the products in accordance with the determined learning objectives via training, literature, and internal memos of the concerned products- Continuous improvement of selling, communication, and technical skills.
Customers’ needs and interests- Inquire about customers’ potential, needs, attitudes to treatment, preferences for drug treatment, and responses to activities.
Establish and develop a professional relationship with customers- Build a constructive and effective external network.
Detail products in priorities of customers’ specialty and type of patient profiles.
Execute the visiting plan to determine targeting, coverage and frequency targets.
Build relationships with target customers to gain product endorsement to generate sales.
Manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time in accordance with the deadlines and objectives as stated in the Sales Action Plan.
Provide the customers with the needed information and services.
General Administrative Duties:
Developing periodic reports related to the activities of the department.
Handling any other work-related activities as per the direction of the direct supervisor.
None sales KPIs tracking and management.
Bachelors in pharmacy or clinical pharmacy.
Minimum 4 years experience in sales.
Strong communication skills.
Strong scientific background.
Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
