Main Responsibilities

– Operate as the lead liaison for any and all matters specific to clients

– Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships

– Oversee account management

– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our creative services

– Generate periodic reports

– Significant hands-on experience in client relationship management
