  • Monitor checkouts and make sure they are received by suppliers and actioned on time (price/Qty confirmation, PU ready, etc.) as per agreed cutoffs.
  • Directly manage operations of domestic (Pickup, sort, connect & deliver).
  • Plan, restructure & balance routes for matching business needs & acquir optimum output.
  • Monitor trips progress and take the required actions to ensure successful PU and delivery.
  • Manage and improve fleet management practices, team, and cost of operation.
  • Conducting coaching sessions for ground operations teams to enhance their abilities of execution power.
  • Evaluate and enhance team member’s performance.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and identify activities scope in and out.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
  • Enhance and develop existing processes by setting new goals and deliverables to achieve stable growth.
  • Monitor and receive orders thru sourced by JUMLA and make sure they are fulfilled on time
  • Ad-hoc local sourcing cash vendors and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them
  • Work with Commercial Group to ensure integration of planning, forecasting, and inventory management of product lines.
  • Manage inventory and implementing inventory optimization strategies:
    • Passive demand planning.
    • Stock receiving.
    • Order fulfillment.
    • Manage shelf life properly FEFO.
    • Ensure replenishment level accuracy.
    • Put a suitable liquidation plan for all items discontinued and near expiry to dispose at the best possible price or the least possible expense.
    • Support JUMLA’s operations team to ensure delivery excellence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain/logistics or related field. .
  • 5+ years’ of procurement experience in a HORECA business, distributor or wholesaler is required.
  • Preferable 2+ years experience of logistics operations and last mile delivery in Kuwait..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, PowerPoint and excel.
  • Process-oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Data oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
