A. Needs assessment: Conduct a needs assessment that will serve as the foundation for developing the training material/ manual to assess the beneficiaries’ needs in a matter of knowledge, business skills, interests, and aptitude.
B. Develop business training skills material/ manual: Based on the need assessment findings, the consultant will develop the training material/ manual.
C. Deliver training on business training skills: This includes developing the training plan, training materials, training and facilitation, pre and post-training evaluations, and a training report.
D. Provide coaching support: The entrepreneur’s coaching sessions should address pertinent obstacles facing the entrepreneurs and coach them to find relevant solutions, give objective outside counsel, provide guidance, and hold entrepreneurs accountable to their goals.
Specific skills and competencies of the coordinator include:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship, business administration, or in the relevant sector.
➢ Minimum of two years professional experience in developing business training skills manual and delivering training.
➢ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting need assessments and developing training modules/curriculum, training materials, etc…
➢ Excellent knowledge of the Jordanian context and the micro and small businesses needs.
➢ Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
