Purpose and Scope: Supervise and manage program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/or non-technical areas. Such areas include engineering design, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operations research; asset management, and program documentation. Essential Responsibilities:

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent. Minimum three (3) years relative experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is recommended. Understanding of human resource, finance, and taxation requirements in a multinational environment. Knowledge of federal government service contracting process and associated local, state, federal, and other regulations. Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Position may require travel.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. OCONUS: Some positions will be assigned to overseas locations where living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, and hazardous/harsh conditions
