Project manager (Interior / Fit-out) KSA

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects especially fit out and finishing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Project Planning:

1. Managing overall operations for executing civil & fit out projects within cost & time norms; participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.
2. Preparing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality and HSE Compliance to ensure timely execution of projects.

Site & Construction coordination:

1. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
2. Implementing Quantity Surveying services; inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
3. Designing and implementing stringent systems, detailed design and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project.

Resource Planning & Control:

1. Involved in material planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipment at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects.
2. Ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower-technical (designers, and other supervisory staff), trade men, skilled and unskilled labors, etc.

Requirements

1. The ideal candidate will have a good working experience on fast track fit out on hotels, shopping malls, museums, entertainment projects and commercial builds.
2. Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent experience.
3. Strong business acumen in project planning and management
4. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
