• collect information and prepare reports on the prices of vegetables and fruits in the markets.
• Analyzes data on the competitiveness of our company.
• Monitors the compliance of the master chef and the preparation officer with the rules of food safety and health, according to the recommendations of the Food Hygiene Controller.
• Monitors the compliance of all employees of the company with the general safety rules.
• Prepare all reports related to performance indicators for the company’s departments.
• Prepare the points report for calculating the commission for the employees and submitting it to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in the same role (experience in retail is a plus).
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
