We are looking for a “Receptionist” to join our team.
· Answering the central telephone system and directing calls accordingly.
· Providing clerical support to company employees by copying, faxing, and filing documents.
· Greeting incoming visitors professionally and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
· Keeping the reception area clean and neat to give visitors a positive first impression.
· Manage Time & Attendance, employees’ Leaves, and Check the employees’ monthly attendance.
· Assist in recruitment function (Support HR in placing job ads, screening and fixing interview appointments with the candidates).
· Assist HR in medical travel, and life insurance additions and deletions.
· Prepare any official letters related to employees and embassies.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
· 0-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Admin assistant
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Excellent Excel skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Very good in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
