Position Title: B2B Business Development Engineer

Career Level: Entry-intermediate

Required Experience: 1-5 years of B2B sales experience

Working Hours: Full time with extra hours expected.

Working Time: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Jordan time.

Required Degree: Bachelors or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications

  • A technical background is a must-have.
  • Have a general understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Cross cultural communication as Proxidize has users in 80+ countries.
  • Be a flexible and industrious generalist who’s competitive, proactive, and a quick learner.
  • Must be fluent or native in English.
  • Be willing to travel or relocate as required.

Responsibilities

  • You will be a remember of the growth team and will report to the CEO.
  • Engage inbound leads.
  • Reach out to outbound leads.
  • Develop relationships & build rapport with Proxidize users/leads.
  • Work on & develop the sales playbook.
  • Engage relevant communities.

As a B2B sales development specialist at Proxidize, you will be expected to keep the same mindset, and be able to adapt & learn quickly. In this position, you will be working closely with the CEO to improve the sales playbook. You will spend the first 6 months learning the product and process to become a pre-sale engineer. You will be expected to engage all Proxidize customers that range from sole traders to 10,000+ employee companies.
