The position of Sales Executive is responsible for revenue generation including promoting, marketing, and selling of Milliman’s products.

The primary responsibilities will be to generate revenue, develop a qualified pipeline of opportunities, and perform the necessary prospecting activities to support a healthy pipeline.

The product portfolio consists of analytic solutions designed for health insurers, healthcare providers, government regulators, large employers, and wellness companies. These tools are related primarily to the MCG utilisation management solutions and MedInsight analytics platform along with other wellness, medical underwriting, claims, and data analysis platforms offered by Milliman.

The position will report to the Middle East Lead health consultant and equity principal of the UAE office.

Job Requirements

  • Generate revenue through sales of MCG utilisation management guidelines and MedInsight analytical platforms and tools.
  • Constantly develop a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by following MedInsight’s formal sales process;
  • Perform the necessary prospecting activities to sustain a healthy pipeline and generate revenue, including phone calls, emails, presentations in person or via the Web, and other lead-generating activities;
  • Manage prospecting through tracking government/ regulator and other avenues of RFI/RFP in the region and coordinate response to proposals and follow-ups as needed.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of updated marketing materials and other collateral for client presentations and follow-up support
  • Consistently achieve written objectives assigned by the reporting manager and local practice leads
  • Master product and company key facts in order to present to potential clients;
  • Master the ability to perform a high-level demonstration of the product suit;
  • Develop a quarterly sales plan to formally guide you with strategies and tactics necessary to achieve goals and quota;
  • Travel to prospect and client locations as appropriate; and/or other Milliman offices as needed.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of claims-based healthcare analytic software, data warehousing, and healthcare informatics tools and software, with a special emphasis on products designed for health plans;
  • 10 plus years of direct experience selling analytic software, data warehousing and healthcare informatics products to health insurance or healthcare provider markets in the region. Experience across India, Asia, and Middle East preferred
  • Proven (and verifiable) track record of sales performance and quota attainment;
  • Good network with health insurance, healthcare provider, or health Insurtech market in the region
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with our client’s senior management and decision-makers;
  • Ability to work as part of a team; and
  • Entrepreneurial focus and desire.
