Position Overview
The SEM is responsible for establishing programs and initiatives that enable sales teams (internal and external) to successfully drive customer outcomes. You will lays a leadership role in enabling our EMEA Emerging focused sellers to win across the markets and regions that Autodesk serves
This is an individual contributor role that requires strong business acumen, keen due diligence, and ability to understand sales and business objectives.
The Sales Enablement Manager is part of the EMEA Emerging leadership team and reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales in EMEA Emerging. This individual enjoys working in a builder role that requires vision, strategy, planning, execution, ongoing management oversight, continuous improvement, focus and communication. Cross team collaboration and open and constant communication are a critical component of success for this role
Responsibilities
- Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and improve existing sales processes and enablement strategy
- Establish a cadence and effectively communicate initiatives (current and new) with sales leadership and key stakeholders
- Define metrics and KPIs to monitor and measure the impact of enablement programs
- Collaborate with global / regional enablement teams to coach, develop and execute programs to enable field sales and channel sales personnel to execute against Autodesk’s priorities
- Establish a continuous listening structure to identify current and upcoming market dynamics, challenges, and changes to develop proactive strategies and tactics addressing such changes
- Drive manager coaching excellence in all areas of sales process, methodology, and skillset
- Create all training deliverables and manage all training activities necessary for the success of the preferred sales methodology platform
- Definition of training curricula in partnership with business leaders, ensuring that programs do address all facets of sales objectives
- Construct surveys to learn about sellers and sales manager experience as well as their on-the-job activities, sales habits and using the data collected to make recommendations to improve performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful candidate must be based in Amman, Jordan
- Language: Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management or related field preferred
- Excellent written, verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
