Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, vibrant and enthusiastic Sales Executive who is interested in working with us for a 3 month contract job opportunity.

Job Description

Daily operational management

• To contribute towards the development of exhibitors and visitor database relevant to assigned exhibitions.
• To assist the International Sales Manager in the implementation an overall sales and marketing plan for designated exhibitions including intensive tele sales activities.
• Understand company’s full service offering.
• Follow and implement the companies policies and procedures.
• To manage exhibition files ensuring that internal DICEC processes are fully adhered to and on pre-agreed timelines.
• To liaise with clients, internal company resources and suppliers as directed, professionally, efficiently and on time.
• Utilize EBMS as required.
• Work in line with the exhibition department’s strategy whilst following policies and guidelines. Make decisions within these boundaries.
• Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable subordinate.

This is fast-paced, dynamic environment – each day will be challenging but as a successful Sales Executive you will know that. To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record, results orientated, ambitious and confident in your own ability.

Skills And Experience Required

• Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Weekends may be working as per exhibition requirements.
• Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone manner
• Excellent team player
• Resident of UAE – No Tourist Visa applicants would be entertained.
