External Interaction Relationship
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.
- Provide detailed information regarding the brand, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guiding them with the usage of the products, as required.
- Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
- Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
- Understands and promotes company programs.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.
- Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
- Performs other assignments as required from the management.

RequirementsRequirements
Qualification
- A college level or equivalent is a MUST. Bachelors degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
- (1-3) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- (1-3) years previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
- (1-3) years in retail, sales and marketing.
