External Interaction Relationship

  • Customers

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.
  • Provide detailed information regarding the brand, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guiding them with the usage of the products, as required.
  • Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
  • Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
  • Understands and promotes company programs.
  • Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.
  • Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
  • Performs other assignments as required from the management.

  • Meeting Sales Targets

RequirementsRequirements

Qualification

  • A college level or equivalent is a MUST. Bachelors degree in business administration, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • (1-3) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • (1-3) years previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
  • (1-3) years in retail, sales and marketing.
