We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join Petra Trading & Investment team as below:

Job Purpose:
Supervise RVO Sales Representatives and follow up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily sales targets, develop sales representatives and direct them, coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase the number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which as Sales Supervisor.
FMCG Experience is a must.

– Problem-Solving & Handling Complaints Techniques
– Selling Skills
– Financial Management & Budgeting
– Report Writing Skills
