Handle & interact with customers in a professional manner reflecting Orange values and respecting the company’s policies & procedures.
Build and develop strong and long-term commercial relations with Orange Jordan wholesale customers that are based on trust and serving customers to the highest professional standards.
Negotiate and conclude swap revenue deals with customers and follow-up putting in place with related internal departments.
Manage negotiation to have the best cost of termination for Orange retail and wholesale outbound traffic to meet internal & external customers’ requirements in terms of quality of service and cost.
To Deeply follow up the daily results of all business streams and analyze business figures in order to put enhancement and correction actions that guarantee achieving sales target KPIs.
Coordination with different wholesale departments and company units to guarantee the achievement of sales targets.
Revise and renew contracts with operators following internal procedure.
Conduct frequent conferences and social activities with customers that serve to achieve the personal and unit target.
To develop relations with international & national operators to leverage short and long-term profitable business relationships.
Deal with all after-sales tasks such as price changes, quality complaint handling, and solving financial disputes raised with customers.
To follow up mutual commitments with partners towards the signed interconnection agreements.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication, business administration, and marketing.
Preferred +5 years’ experience in sales, fewer years can be studied.
Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
